God doesn’t just protect us from the physical storms in our life but the emotional and mental ones as well! There are things in our life that we are responsible for keeping under control. The things that we can’t control in life Jesus judges them and deciphers if that is what we need or do’t need to make our life better.
Jesus can also control the physical weather. In the Old Testament prophets would announce when God would make it rain or shine. He can also cure disease, sickness and injuries as well! The important thing to remember is even when we don’t see Jesus moving and changing our storms in our life at the exact time we want. Doesn’t mean we can loose faith in Him. We are called to trust and be spiritually stable for Him to work in us.
Mark 4:39 “And he awoke and rebuked the wind and said to the sea, “Peace! Be still!” And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm.”
Prayer Starter: Lord, thank you for rebuking the storms in my life. I pray today that we all have peace in our hearts and be still in you God. Amen.
