We as Christians never need to fuss, be angry, upset or cause a scene because God works everything out for our good. He has died on the cross to forgive us of our sins, defeated death and rose again! This is great news. He lives in our hearts and we have the Holy Spirit inside in us leading and guiding us with a gentle voice every single day. We just need to simply listen but that takes us being still.
He will rise us up again someday to be with Him just as He did himself! Not only should we be still physically, mentally and emotionally before God. The Bible tells us the world too. This means our sphere of influence. Everyone around us. Acquaintances, co workers, family, friends ect.. If you ever are having a bad day just remember that you have Heavan to look forward to! Ask yourself today are you still before God and the world?
Zechariah 2:13 “Be still before the LORD, all mankind, because he has roused himself from his holy dwelling.”
Prayer Starter: Lord, please help us all today gain the strength and grace to be still before not only you but the world as well. Thank you for dyeing and raising again so someday we will too. Amen.
