Hebrews 11:1

We have Jesus in our hearts because we have accepted Him as our Lord and savior. Us Christians have complete assurance that we will have everything we have hoped for. This verse in Hebrews is about real people who have put their complete faith in Christ, which ultimatly saved them.

They all had good reasons to trust God. They weren’t just wishful thinking or had their heads in the clouds. This verse is for the people who have full confidence that God will do what He says He will do based from our own personal experiences we have had in life.

We know Gods way will always prevail one way or another because the truth always comes out and love conquers hate every single time. Jesus already fought the battle and won. As we grow in our walk of faith we become more obedient to God and confident in His promises. He then in return gives us fruit!

Here is a quote from BibleRef.com that I love “God “creates” out of things we cannot see—both in a literal, physical sense, as well as a spiritual sense. Just because we don’t understand how God will act does not mean He cannot, or will not act.”

Hebrews 11:1 “Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.”

Prayer Starter: Lord, thank you for giving me faith in the assurance of things hoped for and the conviction of things not seen. I pray today that this only grows within myself and others. I pray that you help others have faith in the assurance of things hoped for and the conviction of things not seen if they haven’t yet. Amen.
